Setup VPN Client using Snow Leopard

Snow Leopard Comes with build in VPN Client (pretty good one)

Here is How To use it:

GO To -> System Preferences
Open Network
Press the + Button to Add an Interface
Choose VPN as Interface, then VPN Type and Name It

Enter your VPN Server settings:
Server, Account Name, Password, Group + Shared Secret OR Certificate
Check the “Show VPN status in menu bar” (optional)

	Same here, I have the Cisco Certificate too, but sure not know how to import that certificate too,.

To use a certificate with the VPN Client, you first need to import the certificate to your Snow Leopard Keychain.
Luckily, the process is pretty easy (Wizard Style).

1. Open you Keychain (Applications–> Utilities–> Keychain)
2. Unlock the keychain (Pressing the lock button)
3. Press The Keychain Access Tab in the menu.
4. Go To certificate assistant and choose Open.
5. In the window that popped Press Continue.
6. From that point you should choose the option that fits you the best.

*** Most Cases you’ll need to choose the last option “View and Evaluate certificates”
7. Choose the certificate type and press next.
8. Press the + button to browse for your certificate.

	Can you show how to add a VPN certificate to Snow Leopard? I have valid certificate from Cisco VPN client but I don’t know how to add it to the keychain so I can select it for certificate authorization. Any help?
